Patient Access Service Representative

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Service Representative to join our team at Tmcaz. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in boosting productivity by providing essential tools, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and delivering solutions to support our UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement core mechanisms used across the entire Dynatrace UI
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and walk-ins
- Interpret and explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
- Evaluate patient needs and provide follow-up support
- Operate basic office equipment and demonstrate basic computer familiarity
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Preferred minimum of one (1) year medical office and/or hospital experience
- Knowledge of office management practices, including billing and scheduling within healthcare
