About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Service Representative to join our team at Tmcaz. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in boosting productivity by providing essential tools, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and delivering solutions to support our UI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement core mechanisms used across the entire Dynatrace UI
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and walk-ins
  • Interpret and explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
  • Evaluate patient needs and provide follow-up support
  • Operate basic office equipment and demonstrate basic computer familiarity

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Preferred minimum of one (1) year medical office and/or hospital experience
  • Knowledge of office management practices, including billing and scheduling within healthcare
