Strategic Partnership Director

This is a senior leadership position at American Water Resources LLC, where you will be responsible for driving growth and partnership strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, strategy, operations, and general management.
The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships will lead cross-functional efforts to develop and execute business strategies, increase customer base and revenue, and manage partner meetings and expectations. This role requires a general manager mindset, taking ownership of all aspects of account operations initiatives.
Key responsibilities include establishing key account strategies, identifying value propositions, creating consensus internally and externally, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role involves working with Business Development sales team, external advocates, and agencies to pursue, develop, and secure new partners. Experience and qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field, and 10+ years of Account Management, Strategy, Operations, and/or General Management experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
