Join our dynamic team as a Business Operations Manager and play a critical role in leading and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional client and member experience. As a key member of our 6G Holdings - SWTHZ team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Naperville Studio membership and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, including relationship-based selling and overcoming objections.
