Join us in launching our new market We are seeking part-time Market Engagement Representatives to become part of our dynamic team in Northwest Arkansas, dedicated to promoting the best of Alani Nu and PRIME.

Our NWA Market Engagement Team is enthusiastic about the Alani Nu and PRIME brands, sharing that enthusiasm with current and potential consumers during unique and spontaneous interactions.

The primary responsibility of a Market Engagement Representative is to educate consumers while providing complimentary beverages, creating memorable experiences that connect consumers with our brands.

Market Engagement Representatives serve as the local ambassadors for Alani Nu and PRIME. Making a positive first impression is crucial, so we encourage you to bring your authentic and vibrant self to work each day, utilizing your engaging personality to connect with customers meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a positive and responsible demeanor at all times
Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude during sampling events

Exude high energy levels throughout sampling activities

Embody the brand's values in every consumer interaction

Be courteous and respectful to all consumers, regardless of the circumstances

  • Become a Product and Brand Specialist
Develop expertise in Alani Nu and PRIME products: communicate benefits effectively during consumer interactions

Be knowledgeable and adept at addressing consumer inquiries and overcoming objections

Understand product benefits and tailor them to individual consumer needs

Stay informed about Alani Nu and PRIME influencers and their social media presence

Be open to learning and participating in Alani Nu and PRIME business activities (including marketing and sales)

Contribute ideas and suggestions for future sampling missions

  • Engage Customers Effectively
Utilize your charismatic personality to attract and engage consumers

Be a Social Connector:
Approach a diverse range of individuals and initiate natural conversations aimed at fostering brand loyalty

Practice active listening to ensure the consumer leads the dialogue

Represent Alani Nu and PRIME with pride at all times

Be ready to share information about Alani Nu and PRIME, including relevant links

Quickly build rapport with consumers through genuine dialogue

Identify potential sampling opportunities during conversations and relay pertinent information to the Market Engagement Manager

Share successful experiences with the Market Engagement Manager through candid photos of consumers enjoying the products

Qualifications:

A reliable means of transportation, with a valid driver's license in good standing

Must be at least 21 years old

Comfortable operating a company vehicle

Ability to proactively engage, educate, and sample products to diverse consumer groups

Must attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings monthly

Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods during sampling events

Ability to drive safely and navigate unfamiliar areas in the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle

Provide accurate recaps of sampling missions, including product sampled and general consumer feedback

Assist in maintaining the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle and warehouse space

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs of product

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Exceptional communication skills

A vibrant and outgoing personality

A flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays

A mature and responsible approach to work

Good judgment and decision-making skills

Familiarity with the local market

The ability to remain seated for extended periods in the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle during missions with long travel times

The ability to work under various weather conditions

The capacity to foster a collaborative team environment

The willingness to stand and remain active for extended periods during sampling events
