The Nursing Program Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing targeted marketing and recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting qualified nursing candidates. This position necessitates a combination of marketing proficiency and recruitment experience, focusing on enhancing NWACC's visibility, establishing a robust applicant pipeline, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Implementation of Recruitment Marketing Strategies

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to draw in nursing talent.
  • Leverage multiple channels, including social media, job boards, email outreach, and industry events, to connect with prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the NWACC Marketing Department to create engaging content, such as blog articles, videos, and infographics, that showcase the NWACC nursing program and career opportunities.

Talent Acquisition and Outreach

  • Establish and nurture relationships with high schools, professional organizations, and other relevant entities.
  • Represent NWACC at career fairs, conferences, and various industry events.

Employer Branding

  • Work alongside the marketing team to enhance the NWACC brand and online presence in the nursing sector.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and nursing education.
  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate records.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Assist the nursing director and dean of health professions with recruitment-related tasks as necessary.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $45,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the nursing industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and other online recruitment tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinker capable of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Additional requirements may be established by the agency for recruitment purposes, subject to review and approval by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education.
