Job Overview:

The Daily Medication Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by accurately administering daily medications and monitoring their condition. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating with nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care and maintaining accurate records to support resident safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Administer routine daily medications to residents, either prescription or non-prescription, in accordance with their treatment plans
- Record medication dosages and times accurately to ensure seamless communication with the care team
- Monitor residents' condition and document any changes or concerns
- Coordinate with nurses to ensure effective delivery of care and respond promptly to resident emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration, dosages, and times to support resident safety and well-being

Requirements:
- Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide course and certification to administer oral and external medications, per state regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; mandatory in certain states
- Must be at least 18 years old or the age required by state regulations, whichever is higher
- Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
- Dedication to the medical field, particularly working with seniors
- Pass State and company background checks and drug test

Salary and Benefits:
