Housekeeping Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of our residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain optimal cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and promote a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or custodial work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
