We are seeking a skilled Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Bristol Bay Shared Services, LLC.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent medical records management skills, including data entry and coding expertise using ICD-9/10 codes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Abstract and verify patient data from medical records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts to provide education and consultation services.
  3. Develop and conduct training activities for new and existing employees on clinical abstraction, coding, and business rules.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid RN license.
  • Proof of TB test immunization, Hepatitis B vaccine, Tetanus booster, and HIV titer.
