Cambria is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and Resolve Claims: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of customer claims and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate with Customers and Fabricators: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and fabricators to ensure a smooth resolution process.
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with fabricators to develop and implement solutions to fix identified issues.
- Provide Leadership and Guidance: Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure a consistent approach in handling customer claims.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or prior field-related experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of account and/or claims management experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and fabricators.
