About the Role

The Sales Manager is a key member of our senior living community team, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the senior living industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and referral sources to generate leads and sales
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
