Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate at T-Mobile, you will be part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve and sell to customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
  • Make the most of your time on shift, seeking out information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)
