We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders with a focus on service excellence.
- Oversee order entry, management, and ensure data accuracy within CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist the Sales team in fulfilling orders, managing returns, warranty services, and repairs.
- Process orders for materials or merchandise through direct customer interactions or sales staff.
- Maintain comprehensive customer files, including sales contracts and relevant information.
- Provide price quotations, complete order documentation, and verify item details.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding order status, shipping timelines, pricing, product availability, and back orders.
Qualifications for Success:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in navigating CRM/ERP systems, with experience in Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges.
- Analytical skills to process data effectively.
- Business acumen to understand various business-related topics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
