Job Summary:

The Brien Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Support to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our clients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with reception and patient scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of client care.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure effective coordination of client intake and discharge processes.
  • Conduct insurance verification and assist clients with insurance-related inquiries, maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support client care and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
