Position Overview

Quality Carriers, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Customer Support Coordinator to enhance our operations. As a leader in bulk transportation across North America, we pride ourselves on our extensive fleet and comprehensive terminal network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer relationships for a designated portfolio, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  2. Process customer orders through various channels including phone, email, and electronic data interchange, ensuring accuracy in our Order Management System.
  3. Proactively engage with clients to secure freight and address any scheduling changes to maintain service efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Planners and Drivers to meet customer expectations and operational requirements.
  5. Monitor and track all shipments, identifying potential service issues and addressing them promptly.
  6. Ensure all necessary documentation and data entry is completed accurately for seamless handover to billing departments.
  7. Document service-related issues in our system to maintain high standards of service quality.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience with Google Apps is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software such as EDI, TMW, and PeopleNet is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
