Job Summary

ANSER is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Integrator to support the Joint Requirements Office for CBRN Defense (JRO-CBRN(D)) and work onsite at the Pentagon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze intelligence reporting related to CBRN topics to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and provide senior leader briefings on CBRN defense and intelligence matters.
  • Develop intelligence vignettes and scenarios for tabletop exercises and wargaming events to enhance CBRN defense capabilities.
  • Develop the annual Intelligence Requirements List to inform intelligence collection efforts and support CBRN defense programs.
  • Provide threat intelligence support to other branches within JRO, including threat summaries, ICT support, and VOLT reports.
  • Coordinate and lead the quarterly CBDP Joint Threat Coordination Group to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in the CWMD Unity of Effort Intelligence Working Group to advance CBRN defense intelligence efforts.
  • Represent JRO-CBRND at IC coordination meetings, including The Biological Sciences Working Group and Biological Science Experts Group.
  • Provide scientific and intelligence subject matter expertise to the JRO to inform CBRN defense decisions.
  • Develop Critical Intelligence Parameters to support CBDP Programs of Record and ensure effective intelligence collection.
  • Review and assist in the revision of CBDP security Classification Guides to ensure compliance with intelligence protocols.
  • Develop, initiate, and/or complete research tasks in support of operational CBRN defense projects/tasks, reviewing CBRN defense and CWMD capability documents and plans for technical correctness and intelligence validation.
  • Conduct coordination with Intelligence Community representatives and submit COLISEUM requests, Priority Intelligence Requirement (PIR) lists, and Priority Technical Information Requirements (PTR) lists.
  • Attend Intelligence Community meetings and produce subsequent trip reports, coordinating Special Access Programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Hold a Master's degree in the life sciences with 3 years of research experience.
  • Have 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in Joint or Service requirements development and 5+ years of Intelligence Community experience.
  • Have 2+ more years' experience on the Joint, OSD, a CCMD, and/or a Service staff.
  • Familiarity with intelligence reporting databases, JWICS, COLISEUM, and other classified systems.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current chemical and biological threats/agents.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with experience briefing technical and intelligence materials up to the 2-star level.
  • Experience working with the Chemical and Biological Defense Program and the organizations therein.
  • Demonstrated understanding of DoD intelligence processes and knowledge of the Intelligence Community.

  • Knowledge of intelligence analysis and processes.
  • PhD in a related field.
