Job Overview

USA Health is looking for a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist to join our Education Office of Contracts and Grants. Interested candidates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refurbish educational science kits according to established protocols, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare supplementary training kits for statewide professional development for second-grade educators.
  • Oversee the refurbishment of second-grade science kits weekly, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Clean, refurbish, and pre-pack educational materials for distribution.
  • Set up facilities for off-site training sessions and meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bulk and floor stock, adjusting records in the inventory management system and communicating needs to the supervisor.
  • Deliver educational kits to various counties using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and stretch wrap machine as part of daily duties.
  • Exhibit regular and punctual attendance.
  • Work according to a defined schedule and be available for overtime as necessary.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
