USA Health is looking for a dedicated Inventory Management Specialist to support our Education Office of Contracts and Grants. Interested candidates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refurbishes educational kits according to established protocols, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Prepares supplemental training kits for statewide professional development for second-grade educators.
  • Responsible for the timely refurbishment of second-grade science kits on a weekly basis while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Cleans, refurbishes, and pre-packages educational materials for distribution.
  • Sets up facilities for off-site training sessions and meetings.
  • Monitors inventory levels of bulk and floor stock, updates the inventory management system, and communicates needs to the supervisor.
  • Delivers educational kits to various counties using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Safely operates equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch wrap machines as needed.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to adhere to the defined work schedule and work overtime when necessary.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
