Job Summary:

Fusco Personnel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee the daily financial activities and functions for the organization. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily financial activities and functions, including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
