Strategic Business Development Director for Reinsurance Solutions

This role is part of our Reinsurance Solutions business, which empowers clients with innovative and effective solutions. As a senior member of our team, you will focus on client servicing, reinsurance placement, and participate in new production efforts.

A key responsibility will be to develop comprehensive sales and development plans for targeted prospects and existing clients. You will work closely with broking teams across solution lines to align efforts with business targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong market presence within the broking industry, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience managing direct reports, possess an entrepreneurial attitude, and be able to drive teams to deliver high-quality results.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance. This role does not accrue vacation but is eligible for paid time off at the discretion of management.

The estimated salary for this position is $270,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. However, the actual salary may vary based on location and other factors.
