Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Portion product and follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting the demands of a high-volume restaurant.
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays, as well as fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
