About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at the Anxiety Institute in Greenwich, CT.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career clinical professional to work with our multidisciplinary clinical team and contribute to the development of innovative treatment programs for anxiety and related disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and experience working with adolescents and young adults.

About the Opportunity

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits including health, life, disability, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and unlimited paid time off.

About the Job Description

The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment to individuals, groups, and families for anxiety and related disorders.

  • Provide up to 25 hours a week of direct client treatment for anxiety and related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with peers and interfacing with families to facilitate recovery for our clients.
  • Work closely with our board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist on cases requiring pharmacotherapy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
