Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health insurance, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a Connecticut state retirement plan and FMLA protection.

Job Description

As an Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent experience in home healthcare. A minimum of 5 years of experience in physical therapy, including at least 2 years in home healthcare settings, is preferred. You must possess strong clinical skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Location and Service Area
