In this role, you will provide exceptional direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care to the highest standards of the organization as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will cultivate a patient-centric environment that focuses on the whole individual, inclusive of physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and functional needs of the patient, family, and significant others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, triage, and manage patient/family needs throughout the disease process.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians to provide optimal patient care, from diagnostic to prognostic matters.
  • Educate patients/families on care and recommended resources.
  • Provide psychosocial support to patients, their family members, and significant others.
  • Document patient information and protect confidentiality.


Qualifications:

We require a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program, with a preference for clinical working experience as a NP/PA within the given specialty/service line.

Active PA Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and Connecticut State Physician Assistant License are necessary.

ADEA License, ACLS/BLS Certified, and PALS certification may be required based on position and area of specialty.



Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
