As a Clinical Nursing Specialist at Spire Orthopedic Partners, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with physicians, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare rooms and patients for office visits and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  2. Assist physicians with treatments and in-office procedures, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  3. Maintain accurate patient records, update medical information, and access relevant studies, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and physicians.
  4. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and throughput, optimizing the use of resources.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Phlebotomy Certification Required.
  • Previous clinical experience required.
  • Current CT & NY State registration and licensure.
  • BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
