Job Summary

The Home Care Clinician - Urgent Care and Preventive Medicine Specialist will partner with our physicians to provide exceptional care to our members in the comfort of their homes.

  • Work collaboratively with Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) to provide urgent home care services and preventive care services, including phlebotomy, IV infusion, and well-child visits.
  • Deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adult populations, adapting to gain training and demonstrating competencies in various Point of Care Testing modalities and devices.
  • Perform clinical, administrative, and clerical tasks outside routine scope of practice, maintaining medical supply inventory and documentation of medical records.
  • Utilize telehealth visits and electronic prescribing of medications as needed, ensuring seamless EMR data integration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing NP or PA
  • Active certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a growing organization
Compensation and Benefits

Atria offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
