Position Overview:
The role of the Fiduciary Support Specialist is crucial in providing exceptional support in the administration of personal trusts and investment portfolios for a diverse clientele. This position is designed for individuals who are bilingual in Spanish and English and will operate in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Lead special initiatives for the Wealth Region Support Leader and Fiduciary Group Support Leader.
- Foster a collaborative team atmosphere that promotes trust and unity while advocating for Wealth clients across various business units.
- Manage daily transactional requirements of clients, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate client records related to personal trust account administration and monitor transactions for precision and compliance.
- Utilize trust and investment systems to execute transactions, oversee accounts, generate reports, and prepare client presentations.
- Address client inquiries and requests for information within the scope of authority.
- Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling meetings, conducting follow-ups, and preparing marketing materials.
- Assist advisors with administrative tasks, prioritizing actions that enhance client interactions.
- Consistently deliver responsive and personalized service to Wealth clients.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in a similar role or related fields such as trust administration, investment, banking, or financial planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, including deposits and loans, as well as operating systems pertinent to the business.
- Strong understanding of banking policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree.
- Graduation from Trust School.
- Certification as a Financial Trust Advisor (CFTA).
