Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to join our team at Bradesco Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new clients, collecting documentation, and supporting the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Support the Sales Team in their efforts to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Prepare new account documentation for bank and investment accounts, including KYC and account monitoring.
  • Coordinate KYC/AML processes and procedures, exercising judgment in the absence of senior team members.
  • Adhere to Bradesco Bank's Anti Money Laundering Procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Interact with clients via telephone, email, and personal contact to research and resolve account inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, exercise initiative in researching and resolving problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Database software, internet software, and Microsoft Office.
