We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental365. As a key member of our dental family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on location and experience)About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes health over sales and fosters a supportive culture for growth and development. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists to provide top-notch care, ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:- Welcome patients warmly and make them feel at ease.
- Support the dentist with various procedures, ensuring seamless execution.
- Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed by the dentist.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment meticulously.
- Sanitize and prepare operatories for respective treatments, adhering to OSHA and safety policies.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
- Assist with diverse office tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Prior dental assisting experience is essential.
- Certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
