As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities, monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, and performing resident intakes. You will also help administer medications, track their use and effects, and cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents. Additionally, you will assist with the set up of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, keep track of medical supplies, and maintain a proper inventory.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • A high school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
