About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a Nurse in our Skilled Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times.">
- Administer medication, conduct skilled nursing assessments, and provide treatments as needed.">
- Process competencies in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care.">
- Document skilled care accurately and efficiently.">
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and outside providers.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Current licensure as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.">
- At least two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.">
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.">
- Able to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.">
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.">
- In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.">
