Job Responsibilities- Educate and consult with patients to present treatment plans and options.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Verify insurance coverage for all clinical appointments to ensure seamless billing and payment processes.
- Enter accurate and complete patient information into our dental software system.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of patient accounts, including all financial and clinical information.
- Collect payments for services rendered and maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop and maintain schedules for our doctors and hygienists to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and grow our practice.
- Greet and check patients in and out, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
