Job Responsibilities
  • Educate and consult with patients to present treatment plans and options.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Verify insurance coverage for all clinical appointments to ensure seamless billing and payment processes.
  • Enter accurate and complete patient information into our dental software system.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of patient accounts, including all financial and clinical information.
  • Collect payments for services rendered and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for our doctors and hygienists to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and grow our practice.
  • Greet and check patients in and out, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
