Position Overview

Are you excited to contribute to a memorable holiday shopping experience for our customers? As a Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in our holiday operations. Your responsibilities will include managing merchandise flow, unloading and processing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. You will collaborate with fellow team members to meet departmental objectives while maintaining a welcoming work environment. Above all, your focus will be on customer satisfaction, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

We seek adaptable team players who thrive in a fast-paced setting, capable of juggling multiple tasks and working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and guide them to the appropriate sections.
  • Unload and unpack merchandise, removing packaging and applying security tags.
  • Organize and label merchandise, ensuring a tidy and efficient receiving area.
  • Complete all receiving and processing tasks in line with productivity standards and compliance procedures.
  • Ensure promotional signage is accurate and current.
  • Assist in moving merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor, aiding in product placement and seasonal transitions.
  • Select and pack merchandise for shipping, process returns, and manage in-store pickup orders.
  • Facilitate curbside order retrieval, ensuring timely completion of online pickups.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours).
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld devices.
  • Capability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and possess color vision.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
