Position Overview

Are you excited to enhance the shopping experience during the holiday season? As a Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in our holiday operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of products into and out of our stores, overseeing the unloading and processing of inventory, and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will collaborate with fellow team members to achieve departmental objectives while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and guide them to the appropriate departments.
  • Unload and unpack merchandise, remove packaging, and apply security tags.
  • Organize and label merchandise, ensuring the receiving area remains tidy and efficient.
  • Complete all processing and receiving tasks in alignment with productivity standards and compliance procedures.
  • Ensure promotional signage is accurate and current.
  • Transport merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor, assisting with product placement and seasonal adjustments.
  • Select and pack merchandise from the sales floor, process returns, and manage in-store pickup orders.
  • Facilitate curbside order retrieval, ensuring timely completion of online pickups.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet goals and foster a positive work environment.

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Physical tasks may include reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
