Position Overview

Are you excited to create a memorable holiday experience for our customers? As a Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in our holiday operations. In this position, you will oversee the movement of merchandise into and out of our stores, manage the unloading and processing of inventory, and handle the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will collaborate with fellow team members to achieve departmental objectives while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere. Most importantly, you will prioritize customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers as needed.

We seek adaptable team players who excel in a fast-paced setting, can seamlessly transition between various tasks, and are available to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and guide them to the appropriate department.
  • Unload and unpack merchandise, remove packaging, and apply security tags.
  • Organize and label merchandise, ensuring the receiving area remains clean and orderly.
  • Complete all processing and receiving tasks in line with productivity standards, timelines, and asset protection protocols.
  • Ensure promotional signage is accurate and current.
  • Transport merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor, assisting with product placement and seasonal adjustments.
  • Select and pack merchandise from the sales floor, process returns, and manage abandoned in-store pickup orders.
  • Retrieve and deliver orders curbside, ensuring timely completion of online pickups.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet goals and foster a positive environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) throughout the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices.
  • Physical tasks include reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and color vision.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
