- Oversee the recruitment process for store associates, including Sales Leaders.
- Analyze business performance and implement clear action plans to optimize outcomes.
- Manage all facets of daily store operations.
- Ensure that all associates are aligned with goals and action plans.
- Offer constructive feedback to support the development of effective action plans.
- Delegate tasks and ensure the execution of strategies throughout the store.
- Uphold adherence to company policies while ensuring the safety of both associates and customers.
- Oversee merchandise flow, including shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
- Lead associates in executing merchandising strategies, operational initiatives, and loyalty programs.
- With the Store Manager's approval, create an efficient schedule that places the right associates in the right roles at the right times.
- Support and cultivate a store environment that consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
- Address customer complaints effectively, identifying root causes and taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Encourage proactive customer engagement to exceed expectations.
- Drive loyalty and credit card acquisition through an engaged team.
- Ensure a positive in-store atmosphere through adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Perform other essential functions as directed by management.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail
- Proficient in technology usage (iPad, registers)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements for the role
- Previous experience in retail is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance
- Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in sales management is advantageous
