Training and Development Manager

The Sales Trainer is a key member of the Tactile Medical team, responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills of sales personnel at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct in-person and remote trainings to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Assist in creating new online sales training courses and related modules, leveraging subject matter experts to drive business results.
- Provide training solutions to other trainers and managers, interpreting employment assessment tests and offering guidance on best approaches for individual trainees.
- Maintain and revise online sales courses annually or as needed to stay current with approved policies and procedures.
- Track and monitor learning pathways and course completions for all sales reps, providing regular updates to assigned trainers and managers.
- Manage attendee registration from end-to-end, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Proof of completions after each live event, routing assessment information to appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with sales managers and field trainers to refine training and related events.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years' experience in training, with expertise in content creation, classroom and online delivery methods, assessment methodologies, and facilitation.
- 2+ years' experience in developing active learning activities, including pair/triad role plays, to improve learning retention and long-term application.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Training and Development, or Educational Leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and courseware platforms.
- Knowledge of models of learning assessment.
- Ability to influence large groups of people to move in a consistent direction over time.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and external audiences.
