About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at EAC Product Development Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative business solutions that drive success and create value for our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in solution implementation, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Solution Design: Design PLM operations strategies, solutions, and architecture, including hardware and software, to meet the needs of our customers and organization.
  • Customer Challenges: Identify customer challenges and translate them into technical requirements, working closely with sales, business, and technology teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs.
  • Project Execution: Lead project execution, guiding and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Data Management: Effectively manage data mapping and migrations to ensure seamless data transfer between systems, maintaining data integrity, consistency, and usability.
  • Documentation: Document data mapping, transformation rules, migration strategy, and other relevant information.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on working with migrated data in the new system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of PLM operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data mapping and migrations.
