About the Role

LogicMonitor is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to drive the product and partnership success of our customers in the mid-market segment. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and maximize value from their investment in our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adoption: Assist accounts through our defined implementation and onboarding process, provide initial training, and ensure clients receive value from LogicMonitor within the first 90 days.
  • Retention: Engage in proactive activities to meet quarterly objectives, understand data center infrastructure technology, and effectively articulate infrastructure and monitoring strategies to identify potential issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Expansion: Coordinate with sales account executives to ensure growth and expansion of accounts, identify growth opportunities, and articulate growth plans and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in a client-facing role, managing accounts.
  • Applicable knowledge of IT infrastructure key concepts, including Windows/Mac, cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Comfortable presenting to administrative teams and management teams, including executives.
  • Proficient in researching and collecting key business needs from customer bases.
