Job Title: Mid-Market Account Manager

At Sonar, we're a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping organizations build secure, high-quality code quickly and systematically. We're seeking a skilled Mid-Market Account Manager to join our sales organization and play a crucial role in driving growth and adoption of our products.

About the Role:
  • Manage relationships with existing customers in North America, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring renewals.
  • Work closely with customers to articulate the value of our products and drive growth and adoption.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and Clari to accurately forecast new business bookings and renewals.
  • Proactively engage in building, growing, and sharing sales team best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model.
  • Proven sales success, with a focus on building and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
  • Proven success in ensuring high renewal rates as an account manager.
