Join Our Team as a Financial Representative Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Representative Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the financial services industry. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in financial services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and demonstrate expertise in their features and benefits
  • Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program
  • Must pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job
  • Must pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to reliable transportation in order to attend appointments and meetings
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period and maintain a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
