ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, which includes managing food procurement, ensuring quality standards, maintaining cleanliness, and training kitchen staff in cooking techniques, presentation, portion control, and sanitation practices.
