This position presents a unique opportunity to support the CEO in her new ventures, including brand development, book writing, presentation creation, and podcast production.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and communicate the company's vision, mission, and objectives consistently.
  • Manage a busy calendar of appointments, including:
    • Professional engagements: clients, coaches, contractors, business travel, and dining.
    • Personal engagements: medical appointments, beauty treatments, fitness classes, and personal travel.
  • Ensure the CEO's schedule is prioritized and respected.
  • Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Draft and prepare confidential correspondence.
  • Organize detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Exhibit leadership to maintain trust and support among staff.
  • Oversee various special projects for the CEO, some with tight deadlines.
  • Attend meetings as needed, documenting commitments and ensuring follow-through.
  • Prioritize competing needs and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate community engagements and represent the CEO in various organizations.


ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to complete skills assessments in Excel, design, and editing after the initial interview.
  • Availability for in-office work during business hours, with occasional flexibility for events.
  • Professional appearance required for meetings and events.
  • References or letters of referral are necessary.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for at least 1 year.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to operate computers and related equipment, sit or stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
