Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure adherence to parking regulations.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, including issues with traffic signals and signage.
  • Manage parking accounts and enforce policies by applying vehicle immobilization devices when necessary.
  • Supervise student workers, including parking enforcement officers and cashiers, ensuring efficient operations during service hours.
  • Coordinate transportation services for students with accessibility needs, maintaining open communication with drivers and staff.
  • Assist in organizing parking for special events, including resource allocation and signage setup.
  • Handle clerical duties and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least six months of customer service experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts are essential.

Physical Requirements

This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs and involves a mix of office and fieldwork. Candidates should be prepared for varying environmental conditions.
