Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting and coordinating Credentialing, Provider Administration, and Network Management policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between internal and external customers, providing reporting, auditing, and analysis support for provider administration and credentialing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to credentialing and network management.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Provide analytical support for provider administration and credentialing programs, including data analysis and reporting.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 1 year of data analytics/analysis experience or 3 years of experience in managed care products, programs, or services.
* Leadership experience and knowledge of health industry regulatory standards.
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and competing demands, as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.

Preferred Requirements:
* Reporting analysis experience and knowledge of PREMIER Provider and PAYER or credentialing/provider information database systems.
* Policy and procedure development experience, as well as auditing experience.
* This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
