Position Overview:

The primary role of the Field Office Administrator is to provide essential administrative support to the Project Team on location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and actively promote all Safety protocols and procedures, including the reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses to uphold our foremost Core Value – Safety, prioritized in all our actions.
  • Facilitate the coordination of material deliveries as instructed.
  • Document labor, equipment, materials, and supply resources accurately.
  • Engage with vendors and subcontractors, managing the scheduling of activities, billing processes, and back charges.
  • Oversee payroll submissions and liaise with the Payroll Department.
  • Gather and digitize all delivery tickets and relevant correspondence.
  • Act as the primary contact for support regarding office equipment and tenant-related issues.
  • Assist the project with clerical tasks, errands, and maintaining an organized office management system as needed.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for the appropriate handling of walk-in applicants.
  • Supervise the procurement and management of office supplies.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires as directed.


Qualifications:

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential.
