CAD Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Support Specialist to join our team at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP. The successful candidate will provide technical support for firm-wide multi-discipline CAD users and train on various CAD-related software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to CAD users, troubleshooting software and file issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing CAD standards.
  • Knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Excel is required.

Requirements:
  1. A High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate.
  2. 4-9 years of experience in providing full-array user technical support to engineers, designers, and architects.
  3. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities are essential.
