Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrician, Plumber, and HVAC Specialist to join our team at Sparkling Craft LLC.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment as required.
  • Fully adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations when working on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, make recommendations, and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, work completed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Holding valid and current Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) where you operate.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, preferably within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sectors.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within your designated service area.
  • Physical ability to handle and move heavy equipment, working in various settings.
