About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at the University of Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental functions and evaluate practices for improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze quality improvement efforts
  • Develop protocols and policies for continuous quality improvement processes
  • Oversee statewide implementation plans
  • Contribute to research that promotes child welfare
  • Assist in training and technical assistance procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or a closely related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in child welfare and/or a related human service field. Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, collaboration skills, and facilitation skills are also required.

A valid driver's license is required for travel throughout the Commonwealth.
