Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Roof Sales Specialist to join our team at Progressive Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships to sell profitable preventive roof maintenance agreements, restoration coating systems, and corrective roof repairs on commercial, industrial, and government buildings.

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of successfully selling commercial roofing services.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing roofs, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate quotes, labor requirements, and project pricing.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive rapport with property managers, general contractors, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software is required, with the ability to create effective reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement.
  • As a Roof Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our company.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable estimating and/or sales experience in the roofing industry, preferably with a focus on service and/or coating restoration work.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite software, with the ability to create effective reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
