Key Responsibilities- Clear and reset tables and bars in a timely and professional manner as guests leave.
- Support servers and service staff with water refills and clearing tables.
- Polish and restock glassware and silverware at service stations.
- Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift.
- Clear tables after guests leave and take glass/tableware to the kitchen for washing.
- Clean table tops, chairs, and banquette between seatings.
- Reset and arrange tabletops.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers/manager immediately.
- Restock wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as needed.
- Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good judgment and ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Possess a flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Understand and respond to a diverse population.
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
The base pay for this role ranges from $21.42 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
